These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between GoZady (SaaS provider) and the Restaurant Owner (Service Provider to end users).
GoZady is purely a technical tool. We do not prepare, cook, or deliver food. We disclaim all legal liability regarding food quality, food poisoning, delivery delays, or financial disputes directly occurring between the Restaurant and the end customer.
In accordance with local laws, the Restaurant Owner pledges to use customer data ONLY to fulfill orders. Any violation (selling data, SMS spamming) falls strictly under the Merchant's criminal and civil liability. GoZady holds zero liability for merchant data breaches.
The Merchant confirms possessing all necessary health and commercial licenses to operate in Morocco. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all item prices, pictures, and content uploaded to your GoZady store.
We reserve the right to suspend or instantly terminate any Merchant account without refund if there operates any serious legal misuse, data privacy violation, or systemic customer complaints.
